Research Culture Survey is now open – share your experiences 

We are now conducting the Research Culture Survey to better understand and enhance the research culture at the University of Leicester.  

You’re invited to share your experiences and ideas to create a supportive research environment—make your voice heard! 

The survey will directly contribute to understanding and developing interventions for key areas including: 

• Recruitment practice 

• Career progression opportunities 

• Research environment on campus 

• Leadership and management in research 

Survey Details 

All staff and PGRs can take part in the survey 

Time Commitment: Approx. 20 minutes 

Closing Date: 28 February 2025 

Responses will be managed by our external partner, Research Consulting, as the Data Controller. All identifiable information will be removed before analysis begins. 

Optional Prize Draw 

Participants who complete the survey can enter a prize draw to win one of four high street vouchers worth £50 each. To take part, simply provide your email address at the end of the survey. Your email will only be used for the purpose of the prize draw.
