Navigating uncertainty [online]

The UK higher education sector is in a period of profound change that is impacting researchers and research culture. This online workshop with culture consultancy Kin & Co is designed to help you better navigate through it.

You’ll be introduced to simple but effective frameworks for understanding and responding to different levels of uncertainty. Learn when to follow best practice, when to bring in the experts, and when to experiment to find the path forward. This session aims to provide you with the tools to make sounder decisions, helping you contribute to a more positive and inclusive research culture during times of uncertainty.

This workshop is open to researchers and research-enabling staff at all career stages.
