Researcher Journeys: Gelli printing your career path
May 27 @ 13:00 – 15:00 UTC+0

The workshop will be led by Carol Pairaedeau, a Creative Fellow working in collaboration with Attenborough Arts Centre. During the workshop you will use gelli printing, a simple printmaking process, to create images that relate to your own career journey. The session will begin with a demonstration of how to print using found materials, simple objects and cut out paper shapes. I will then be on hand to help you develop and realise your ideas.
Carol will use the prints made in these sessions as components of a final piece of artwork. This final outcome will be a lasting legacy of the I-REACCH project, representing individual career stories within the context of a research community. In order to achieve this aim I would like to collect some of your prints and your completed questionnaires at the end of the workshop.
