Research Leadership Through Every Lens

Workstream 4 of the I-REACCH project is all about co-creating a toolkit for an empathic and inclusive research culture with you at the centre. Using creative research methods, we are gathering diverse voices to ensure it meets your needs. 

Upcoming Activities (Mon 27 Jan – Fri 14 Feb 2025; in person or online) 

• Interactive Focus Groups: Engage in dynamic conversations on effective leadership qualities and expectations for fostering inclusivity in research.  
• Research Islands: Explore challenges and opportunities within research culture and leadership through a unique island-inspired activity. 
• Design your own research leader: Create your vision of an ideal inclusive research leader, exploring essential skills, traits and behaviours in a hands-on body mapping session.  

One to one interviews: Share and reflect on your experiences of research leadership. 

Activities are open to all, whether you’re actively involved in research, have transitioned from a research role, or contribute in any capacity – we value and welcome everyone’s input.
