Using creative research methods\, we are gathering diverse voices to ensure it meets your needs.  \nUpcoming Activities (Mon 27 Jan – Fri 14 Feb 2025; in person or online)  \n\nInteractive Focus Groups: Engage in dynamic conversations on effective leadership qualities and expectations for fostering inclusivity in research.  \nResearch Islands: Explore challenges and opportunities within research culture and leadership through a unique island-inspired activity. \nDesign your own research leader: Create your vision of an ideal inclusive research leader\, exploring essential skills\, traits and behaviours in a hands-on body mapping session.  \n\nOne to one interviews: Share and reflect on your experiences of research leadership.  \nActivities are open to all\, whether you’re actively involved in research\, have transitioned from a research role\, or contribute in any capacity – we value and welcome everyone’s input.  \nIf you are interested in participating in any of these activities\, please express your interest here.
