SUMMARY:Interview: What makes researcher recruitment and retention inclusive?
DESCRIPTION:Activities for I-REACCH\, a Wellcome Trust funded project\, are now underway\, exploring and improving how we engage in research culture at the University of Leicester. We would like to interview colleagues to explore three key topics: \n\nThe diversity and culture of research groups and/or research support service teams.\nThe decisions to join the University of Leicester (from recent starters).\nThe decisions of those leaving the University of Leicester and/or transition away from research \n\nThe interviews will be arranged on an individual basis around your availability and preferences\, taking place on main campus or via teams. Once you have expressed interest\, you will be provided with participant information to allow for informed consent before an interview time is confirmed.
